Mike,

All we as fans have seen, is the box scores. I wish we had seen these things, since we've been waiting for months for a glimpse of this team, in some real game action, but for some reason the team isn't televising ANY of the preseason games. I know you and Rice would love to be calling these games right now! Guess I'm gonna have to wait until next week at the Coliseum, to see these guys in action!

Thank you Mike:

Oden is looking good. I don't know what the team is doing for sure, but they are winning.

9 days into training camp, I didn't expect to much being as how we have a lot of new players that we need to gel with.

It sounds like JBay is playing OK.

I am trying hard not to comment on not seeing or hearing the game; it is hard to comment on the game players and team play when to only thing I have to comment on is your Blog.

You being my ears and eyes is why you are so important to me. Throughout the year from time to time the only feel I get for the game is your blog. Our local radio station doesn't take the Blazers seriously and either pre-amp the game for a local event or go on commercial break and forget to turn the game back on.

Keep giving me the info, I need it.

I don't know why people are complaing so much about no preseason TV coverage. Has Portland ever televised the preseason games? I know everyone is anxious to see the team. All games are televised on either Comcast, TNT, KGW, ESPN or ABC. Charter Communications and Verizon Fios have contracts with Comcast for coverage.

To all those who aren't ready to annoint Oden after two preason games, I wonder if you at all skeptical about his play last year coming off micro fracture surgery?

Everybody keeps saying that Jason Thompson and Spencer Hawes are not centers. Thompson is 6'11/250 and Hawes is 7'1/245.
